Front of House Supervisor

The Tops Conference Centre is set on over 200 acres of bushland in Stanwell Tops. We host school and community groups, team-building retreats and conferences with fun range of outdoor and indoor experiences, activities and challenges. Our catering team plays a key role in creating memorable experiences, and as the Front of House Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of it.

You'll lead a team that delivers meal service with warmth, professionalism and care. From everyday meals to special dietary needs, you'll make sure every guest is served safely and correctly.

You're someone who brings calm to busy service so everything runs smoothly. You'll ensure your team feels supported, are clear on expectations and together identify ways to improve the food experience for guests. You know how to guide a team through change, pressure and complexity without adding stress.

About You

With hospitality experience in a fast paced environment ideally as a Front of House Supervisor, you will:

  • bring calm, confidence approach particularly during busy moments,
  • desire to lead people well and learn how to do it better,
  • take pride in clear communication and setting expectations for your team,
  • be organised, adaptable and ready to make a difference,
  • have or willing to get a Working with Children's Check
