Job Opportunity: Barista All -Rounder- Austi Beach Cafe

Austi beach cafe is on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista/ Cafe All-rounder to join our team. Our cafe is located across the road from Austinmer beach. The perfect candidate will have great customer service skills, barista experience, thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working in a small team, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Barista/ Cafe all-rounder

Location : Austi Beach Cafe, Austinmer

Employment : Casual (min 20hrs) / Part time (flexible options available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consistently high- quality coffee and beverages
  • Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive customer service
  • Assist with food service, POS operations, and maintaining cafe cleanliness
  • Support front of house team with general duties
  • Work well in a small team with a positive, can-do attitude
