Are you the kind of person who's always thinking in Reels, knows how to make a before/after pop, and has an aesthetic eye for detail?

99medispa is looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator who's ready to take full ownership of our content strategy — from idea to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who's already creating great content (even if just for fun), knows what's trending in the beauty space, and is confident managing content without constant hand-holding.

About Us

99medispa is a boutique Sydney clinic offering personalised facials and cosmetic treatments with a luxury twist. We focus on natural results, high-end skincare, and helping every client feel confident in their own glow.

What You'll Do

Full Content Ownership

– Plan, film, and edit original Reels/TikToks that showcase treatments, transformations, and skincare routines

– Direct in-clinic shoots and coordinate with team, clients, and collaborators

– Write engaging captions, source trending sounds, and make visuals scroll-stopping

Social Media Strategy & Management

– Build and manage a consistent content calendar (Instagram TikTok focused)

– Keep our aesthetic polished, brand voice consistent, and community engaged

– Post regularly, monitor insights, and adjust strategy to boost reach and engagement

Promotions & Campaigns

– Plan and execute campaigns for key dates (Mother's Day, EOFY, etc.)

– Create visuals, write copy, and assist in email marketing (Canva experience a plus)

– Run seasonal giveaways and support influencer collabs

Influencer & Local Collabs

– Reach out to local creators and micro-influencers for gifting or content features

– Build basic CRM lists for influencer or business contacts

– Co-create ideas for partnerships that drive visibility and bookings

Who You Are

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty & skincare

Confident with TikTok/Instagram, editing apps like CapCut or Canva

Can work independently and own your calendar, content, and output

Friendly, proactive, and good at directing people/content behind the scenes

Available 2 days/week in clinic (flexible around your schedule)
