About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Fulfilment Australia Pty Ltd in North Parramatta, NSW. This is a part-time role that will involve managing and growing our company's social media presence across various platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  2. Creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  3. Scheduling and publishing content in line with our content calendar
  4. Monitoring and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  5. Analysing social media metrics and providing regular reporting on the performance of our channels
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years' experience in a social media coordinator or similar role
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok
  4. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop engaging content and measure its performance
  5. Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and developments
