We're looking for a reliable and organised candidates to join one of our leading clients as an Warehouse Dispatch Assistant. This role is all about keeping things moving - helping drivers, handling dispatch paperwork, and making sure stock and deliveries are managed smoothly.

  • Location: Oxley, Southwest Brisbane
  • Payrate: $37.13/hour
  • Shift Time: Afternoon shift - 10am to 6pm

The Role:

  • Greeting and assisting drivers when they arrive
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a friendly, helpful way
  • Keeping dispatch paperwork and records accurate
  • Helping organises inbound and outbound freight
  • Checking stock and making sure materials are ready when needed
  • Working safely and keeping compliance records up to date

Your Skills:

  • Someone organised and willing to learn
  • Confident speaking with drivers and team members
  • Good with time management and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics is a bonus (not a must)
  • Must be able to pass drug & alcohol testing and medical checks
  • Police clearance and full work rights required
