About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Campaigns and Engagement, as the Manager of Strategic Campaigns & Content, you will be responsible for creating and implementing campaign strategies that embody ART's corporate identity and foster equity and positive outcomes for both members and the wider community.
In this role, you will turn strategic advocacy priorities into compelling content distributed across all ART platforms, working with both internal teams and external collaborators to deliver ambitious, engaging campaigns that are aligned with ART's brand, purpose and advocacy goals. Additionally, you will help strengthen ART's presence in the market by executing effective, high-impact campaigns that support the fund's corporate strategy.
Day to day, you'll:
- Lead the creation of high quality engaging multi-channel content.
- Lead a high performing team to ensure enterprise goals and objectives are met.
- Support the senior manager to design and execute content and engagement plans aligned to ART's brand identity and advocacy goals.
- Work with the senior manager to maximise a strong clear voice for ART through the delivery of strategic advocacy and impact campaigns that strengthen corporate identity.
- Drive engagement strategies that strengthen stakeholder relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams and partners to align communications with organisational priorities.
- Measure and evaluate communications performance to refine strategies and maximise impact.
- Translate complex organisational priorities into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Contribute directly to content creation to demonstrate best practice and set quality standards for the team.

About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Digital or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams to successfully achieve organisational objectives.
- Proven experience leading Brand transformation programs.
- Extensive experience managing media and creative agency partners to achieve the best outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to develop trusted and enduring relationships with business partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
