We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our friendly team The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food, work well under pressure, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide variety of sandwiches to a high standard, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards

  • Contribute to a positive and happy team atmosphere

  • Assist with stock management and prep duties as needed

  • (Bonus) Assist with coffee preparation if experienced or willing to learn

Requirements:

  • Previous experience making sandwiches in a busy café, deli, or similar environment

  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Punctual, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering great service

  • Coffee-making experience is a bonus but not essential
