We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and hygienic food preparation environment. The Kitchen Hand plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with basic food preparation, cleaning, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

  • Clean food preparation areas, floors, and surfaces

  • Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling, chopping, assembling ingredients)

  • Unpack and store deliveries according to food safety standards

  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness standards

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

  • Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials

  • Perform other duties as directed by kitchen supervisors or chefs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus, but not essential

  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
