The East Pantry is looking for a full-time, reliable & enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment & has great customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with setting up and packing down the dining area
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Flexibility to work, including evenings, weekends & public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
