What You'll Be Doing:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping oversee the day-to-day operations while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and a full belly). Your role will include:

- Supporting daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-tier service
- Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
- Helping meet sales targets and manage inventory and ordering

We’re Looking For:

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant management (1-2 years preferred)
- A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for our food, drinks, and company culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
