About Us

CHC Pharmacy TerryWhite Chemmart is a leading community pharmacy located opposite Coffs Harbour Hospital within the Specialist Medical Centre. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our community, supported by a friendly, collaborative team and strong connections with local GPs, aged care facilities, and health providers.

We are now seeking an additional RMMR-accredited Pharmacist to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering high-quality medication management services across our network.

The Role

  • Conduct Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMRs) for residents in local aged care facilities
  • Build strong working relationships with GPs, nurses, and facility staff
  • Deliver clear, clinically relevant recommendations to optimise patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in line with program requirements
  • Support other clinical pharmacy services where required
  • Provide your own transport to attend facilities within the Coffs Harbour region (travel reimbursed as per agreement)

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
  • RMMR accreditation (AACP or equivalent)
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
  • Commitment to patient-centred care
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local facilities
