We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help shape Past/Port Dining from day one. You'll lead with confidence, create moments that matter and ensure every guest leaves feeling part of something unforgettable.

Who You Are

You're a natural leader who brings:

  • At least 3 years' experience in hospitality leadership, ideally in a premium dining environment
  • The ability to coach, train and inspire your team, fostering a culture of trust, pride and drive
  • Confidence with managing budgets, costs and rosters
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection and workforce planning
  • A solid understanding of managing compliance: RSA, WHS, IR, NES and food safety
  • A sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of food, wine and service
