New Grad - Sports Physiotherapist - North Sydney

Urban Physiotherapy Sports injury Clinic is a growing Sports focused Physiotherapy, Dietetic, and Reformer Pilates clinic in North Sydney, and we're looking for another exceptional individual who values team culture, learning and growing in our Physiotherapy clinic.

The Role –

Urban Physiotherapy is looking for a Full time Physiotherapist to join our team and take on a caseload of musculoskeletal clientele. Some Hands on / Manual Therapy experience is desired but not essential. Strength conditioning and exercise based rehabilitation is recommended but not necessary as training will be provided.

The perfect candidate loves private practice, is driven and experienced in building and maintaining a strong client caseload, and is a natural rapport builder.

Our team currently consists of Physiotherapists, Dietetician, and Pilates Instructors and we're looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist, who will collaborate and work with others to ensure the best client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will get the opportunity to develop their leadership and mentoring skills within this supportive team environment.

Some Saturday morning work is required but this can be discussed.

Our practitioner team work together to build a roster that prioritises our clients, but that also takes into consideration the work-life balance of each team member.

We facilitate both clinical and personal growth via weekly inservice's / group case reviews and fortnightly 1:1 mentoring sessions. We also run team workshops and culture days to continue to build upon our clinic culture, and create a place we all love to come to work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
