Final Trim Grader Operator – Perth Metro (SOR)

Tracc Civil is growing fast — and we're looking for a high-performing Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team with an early January 2026 start. If you're confident on the controls, know how to deliver quality work and want steady local projects, this is your chance.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years Final Trim & road construction experience
  • HR Licence & relevant operator tickets
  • White Card
  • Strong GPS & LPS experience
  • Competent with and without machine control
  • Ability to operate Cat 140 & John Deere 772 graders
  • Solid communication and a strong safety mindset
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical & D&A testing

What you'll do

  • Operate plant safely, efficiently and with care
  • Complete pre-starts and report issues quickly
  • Work closely with your crew and supervisors
  • Follow direction and help keep projects moving
  • Maintain a positive, productive team environment
