Troocoo are currently an experienced Commercial Lead resource for our Defence client in Canberra locations.

You will have:

  • Previous Defence experience.
  • Provide advice on procurement planning, tendering, and contract formation while ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Draft, review, and advise on complex contracting correspondence, reports, and submissions.
  • Mentor colleagues on technical and commercial risk principles and Defence performance frameworks.
  • Apply risk and performance management frameworks to procurement and contracting activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for complex contracting issues.
  • Evaluate risks and design mitigation strategies to ensure contract performance and compliance.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex procurement challenges.
  • Provide expertise to support contract negotiations.
  • Develop ODIA and negotiation strategies to achieve Defence procurement outcomes.
