We're Hiring: Team Lead – Gold Coast/Northern New South Wales

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Civil/Geotechnical Engineer to grow and strengthen our presence in Northern New South Wales. In this role, you'll take on a balance of technical delivery, leadership, and business development responsibilities, contributing to projects that help build stronger foundations in our community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to apply their technical expertise in geotechnical and civil engineering projects whilst supported by the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and oversee high-quality project delivery.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing NSW team.

  • Manage and deliver projects to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budgets.

  • Engage with stakeholders, contributing to the operational and commercial growth of the business.

  • Champion Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all activities.

  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, culture, and strategic direction.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in geotechnical or civil engineering, with strong technical skills.

  • Leadership or team management experience (or the drive to step up into this).

  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.

  • A proactive approach, with the ability to balance technical, operational, and people leadership.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professional excellence.
