We're seeking a motivated professional to oversee a strata portfolio within a supportive, forward-thinking team. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values initiative, teamwork, and professional growth. This company does not have after hours work or weekends.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing a select portfolio of strata properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with onsite building managers and a dedicated Strata Administration Assistant, you'll oversee all aspects of strata management from budgets and maintenance to communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a premium strata portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Oversee financials, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Support building managers to uphold the highest service standards
  • Provide proactive solutions to client needs and operational challenges

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in strata or property management (essential)
  • Strong understanding of strata legislation and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to team success
