Our directors work in strata themselves, so we understand the demands of the role and ensure our managers are supported, not overloaded.

About the Role

We're looking for a Strata Manager to join our team in Burswood, taking ownership of a well-structured portfolio with a mix of residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes. If you want to work in a firm that values professionalism, teamwork, and real support, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in strata management (WA preferred)
  • Strata management licence or certification must be obtained within 6 months of commencement
  • Knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and related legislation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence in managing AGMs, budgets, and council relationships
  • A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
