  • Assist participants with their daily routines and skills, such as- community access, medication, personal care and domestic duties.
  • Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
