About the role

These positions are suitable for Junior Medical Staff with a keen interest in ENT training. Applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• All positions are suitable for Registrars interested in pursuing a career in ENT.
• Position 1 is based at Blackburn Hospital, Eastern Health's elective surgery centre
• Positions 2 and 3 will consist of 6 months ENT (based at Box Hill and Angliss Hospital) and 6 months General Surgery (including nights and relief cover).

Successful applicants will be expected to participate in the afterhours rosters.

• Current registration with AHPRA 
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
