MTX is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Analyst with 3+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will drive the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness and fostering client growth. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, an articulate writer, and has a proven track record in managing cross-channel campaigns, including social media, sponsorships, direct marketing, and client engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, contributing to the overall success of our brand.

MTX APAC is a global cloud technology consulting firm that enables organisations to modernise through digital transformation. With expertise in the government and public sector, MTX APAC provides proprietary designs and innovative concept accelerators around a multitude of programs, including strategic blueprinting, licensing and permitting, inspections, grants management, case management, and program management. We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of brand building and management, with a working knowledge of traditional and non-traditional earned media, owned, paid and social channels.
  • Excellent writing skills across a range of formats including print, online and social.
  • Researches potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collects and analyses data and other statistical information
  • Supports business growth and development through the preparation and execution of market objectives, policies and programs
  • Commissions and undertakes market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
  • Advises on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and

What you will bring:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record of executing campaigns that drive results and make brands pop.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to work closely with Franchise Partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into flavourful insights.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
