Marketing Analytics & AI Content Specialist

Location: Sydney / Hybrid

Type: Full-time

I'm currently partnered with a high-performing digital marketing team focused on generating leads through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising and they are looking for a junior – mid level analyst with a creative edge to join.

About the Role

This is a unique hybrid role combining analytics, AI-driven image/video generation, and digital marketing creativity. You don't need to be a marketing expert yet—just someone who's great with numbers, quick to learn, and excited by the world of AI content creation.

What You'll Start With

  • Creating AI-generated images and videos for social ads
  • Basic video editing
  • Learning marketing analytics and performance techniques alongside the team

How the Role Will Grow

  • You'll take part in the end-to-end creative cycle: deciding what ads to test, generating creatives, and analysing results
  • You'll identify winning ads and iterate on them
  • Depending on performance, you could grow into leading this team within 1–2 years

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years in an analytics, data, or similar role
  • Strong comfort with numbers and insights
  • A creative eye for content and visuals
  • Fast learner, curious, and keen to explore AI tools
  • Marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential

Full work rights are required for this role and you must be based in Sydney, Australia
