Electrician – Full-Time | Sydney Metro

Join a family business that's growing fast and doing things right.

Pace Pro Electrical is a family-run company that's been around since 2004.

We're expanding across commercial construction, industrial refrigeration, and renewable energy, and we're looking for another solid electrician to join the team.

This isn't your average gig — you'll be working on everything from food-processing plants and industrial control systems to solar and battery installs, with a mix of commercial and high-end residential work.


About the Role

You'll be part of a small, capable crew that takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Work includes:

  • Commercial & industrial electrical installs
  • Food-processing and refrigeration projects
  • Solar and battery systems (training provided if needed)
  • Lighting, power, and data fit-outs for quality builders

We use good systems, stay organised, and back our people.


What We're Looking For
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • White Card & driver's licence
  • Must be able to drive a manual or have their own vehicle, in which case an allowance will be provided
  • Confidence working independently or leading small jobs
  • Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
  • Someone who's reliable, respectful, and easy to get along with

Bonus points if you have:

  • Solar and battery accreditation (SAA)
  • Controls or refrigeration experience
  • Industrial automation or PLC background

What You'll Get
