A leading manufacturing company based in Warwick Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Maintenance Electrician
to lead a small team on a
permanent day shift
. This is a hands-on role offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, well-established environment.

About the Role: As the
Senior Maintenance Electrician
, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance, ensuring all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for supervising a team of two electricians, coordinating maintenance tasks, and playing an active role in troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Permanent Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available as required
  • $58 per hour + superannuation + overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Senior Maintenance Electrician you will supervise and support a team of two electricians
  • The Senior Maintenance Electrician will perform and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • This Senior Maintenance Electrician will diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
  • The Senior Maintenance Electrician will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and electrical standards
  • The Senior Maintenance Electrician will liaise with production and maintenance teams to prioritise tasks
  • As the Senior Maintenance Electrician you will keep accurate records of work performed and equipment status
  • Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Electrical License (NSW)
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commitment to safety and quality work standards
