We are building an exceptional team around a remarkable young man, who is determined to make each day count.

Living in the Caloundra area, our client is a spirited Aussie 21-year-old lad whose interests include all aspects of 4WDing, listening to rap and country music, and even has his own clothing label

We are seeking outgoing and capable men and women with disability support experience who will enjoy assisting him in engaging in his interests while providing comprehensive care and support. Start as soon as 15 September 2025.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Assist with meal preparation


• Support with mobility and physical activities


• Administer medication as required


• Engage in social and recreational activities


• Maintain accurate records and documentation


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members


• Ensure a safe and clean living environment

Requirements


• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or equivalent)


• Previous experience in disability support or a similar role


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays


• Valid First Aid and CPR certification


• Current driver's licence and reliable transport


• NDIS Worker Screening Check


• Working with Children Check
