**Position: Support Worker**

**Location: Caloundra West QLD**

The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in **Caloundra West QLD**. As a national leader in Home Care Packages, The CareSide operates from our head office in Perth, Western Australia, with remote offices across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland.

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Caloundra West QLD**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires approximately **8 hours of work per week. The schedule includes**:

- **Monday (fortnightly, alternating): Morning: 7:30 am or 8:30 am start (2 hours); and Evening: 2 hours**:

- **Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm**:

- **Weekends: Possible ad-hoc shifts**

It involves working with four different clients located in the **Caloundra West QLD**, each with a different schedule. You have the flexibility to choose to work only some hours with specific clients if you're unable to commit to all.

Type of care to be provided**:Personal Care, Light meal prep, Domestic, Social, Transport**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or 1 year experience in personal care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
- Experienced in disability support
- Manual handling
