Customer Service Officer
who's ready to make an impact

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, handling enquiries across phone, email, and social media. You'll:

  • Guide customers through their online shopping journey—from purchase to delivery.
  • Solve problems and turn challenges into great customer experiences.
  • Partner with stores, couriers, and our Support Office to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Track trends and share insights that shape the way we work.

What We're Looking For

You're a people-person with:

  • 6+ months
    of customer service experience (retail a bonus).
  • Confidence, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • A team-first mindset, but happy to take ownership when needed.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster.
