About the Role

You'll create stunning floral designs and deliver exceptional service that makes every customer experience memorable. Each day brings something new from crafting bespoke bouquets to preparing arrangements for weddings, tributes, events, and local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, and event pieces
  • Provide professional and friendly service, helping customers choose the perfect blooms
  • Maintain presentation standards and ensure the workspace remains clean and well-stocked
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet daily orders and deadlines
  • Stay inspired by seasonal trends, styles, and colour palettes
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a florist
  • A strong eye for design, colour, and composition
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Reliability, pride in workmanship, and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and over time on occasion
