What We're Looking For

  • Hospitality for the love of it. You get a kick out of making people feel good, not just ticking off tasks.
  • Experience. At least 2 years in a management role and 2 years behind the machine as a barista (because coffee is life).
  • Leadership. You can steer a team, keep service smooth in the rush, and make the workplace fun.

Your Responsibilities as Manager:

  • Lead the crew: Inspire, train, and motivate the team so service stays sharp and spirits stay high.
  • Keep the show running: Oversee day-to-day operations - from staff rostering to managing stock levels, ordering and maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Problem-solve like a pro: Handle the curveballs that come with a busy café and keep things moving.
  • Champion consistency: Make sure every coffee, pastry, and interaction lives up to Fuel standards.
  • Grow with us: Bring fresh ideas to keep Fuel evolving and exciting.
