Your Responsibilities as Manager:
- Lead the crew: Inspire, train, and motivate the team so service stays sharp and spirits stay high.
- Keep the show running: Oversee day-to-day operations - from staff rostering to managing stock levels, ordering and maintaining quality and service standards.
- Problem-solve like a pro: Handle the curveballs that come with a busy café and keep things moving.
- Champion consistency: Make sure every coffee, pastry, and interaction lives up to Fuel standards.
- Grow with us: Bring fresh ideas to keep Fuel evolving and exciting.
