We're seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and driven person to complement our property management team in our Longreach Branch.

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has considered a career and is looking to get into the Real Estate and Property Industry.

You will manage a growing portfolio of properties in our Property Management Division.

Your day-to-day:

  • Trusted advisor to our valued clients, building a deep understanding of the market and sharing these insights.
  • Monitor and work proactively to resolve our customers' issues and questions promptly, increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Work hand-in-hand with tenants to ensure their satisfaction, including maintaining a system of regular communication.
  • Provide account transparency by tracking customer data in our PM software, and use this data to proactively identify and mitigate any risks or opportunities.
  • Build and own relationships with high-quality contractors and suppliers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements, best practices, and changes that impact the property management industry.
  • Complete regular inspections on properties including ingoing, outgoing and routine.

  • Negotiation: Possess strong lease, payment and supplier negotiation skills and know when to tough it through or compromise to reach an agreement.
