This is a great opportunity for someone to progress their career in Property Assessing by joining a busy and fast-paced assessing team. You will bring experience in property assessing or the building industry to manage a busy portfolio of claims, providing a high level of customer service whilst efficiently managing claims and assessments.

**Your new role**

Working as a Property Assessor, you will be:

- Accurately assessing property damage to determine repairs and costs
- Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of customer service
- Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring correct scope for repairs
- Undertaking Property assessments in line with underwriting terms and policies
- Managing all rectifications in accordance with industry codes

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in Property assessing OR 5 years as a qualified tradesperson
- Valid driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
