About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAA Accredited Electrician/A-Grade Electrician to join our dynamic team at Renewable Solar Projects PTY LTD. This full-time position is based in Gnangara, WA 6077, and will play a pivotal role in the successful installation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art solar energy systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform solar installations, maintenance, and repairs on new build residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems
  2. Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards, in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
  3. Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements
  5. Contribute to the growth and success of the organisation through continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

  1. Valid SAA Electrician's License or A-Grade Electrician's License
  2. Minimum 1 years' experience as an electrician, with a strong background in solar energy systems installation and maintenance
  3. Minimum 6 months of solar installation experience required
  4. Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Team leadership experience preferred but not essential
