Ritual Haus is a boutique, multidisciplinary wellness practice in Bowen Hills. We are expanding and seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Psychologist who is ready to build a thriving caseload, learn the workings of a modern practice, and grow alongside the founder.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate who wants more than just a consulting room. You will gain hands-on experience across client care, practice operations, GP and referrer relationship-building, and the real-world skills that support a successful long-term career.


About the Role

As your caseload builds, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality psychological care with a biopsychosocial focus
  • Supporting GP and referrer engagement to grow your caseload
  • Light administrative duties to understand clinic flow and client experience
  • Exposure to practice management, systems and service design
  • Occasional reception duties to build rapport and understand day-to-day operations
  • Opportunities to contribute to workshops, events and corporate wellbeing programs

  • Has completed a recognised psychology qualification (fully registered)
