Project Director- Land Lease Communities

Senior Development Manager or Project Director
to lead the success of the
Stockland Halcyon
team in Western Australia.

Based in our Perth Head Office, your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Delivery
  : Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered to meet vision and profitability goals.
• Financial Performance
  : Drive superior business financial performance through effective project profitability management.
• Team Leadership
  : Manage, coach, and mentor team members to build engagement, capabilities, and knowledge.
• Culture Development
  : Develop a team culture that delivers high-value outputs and nurtures talent in a diverse and supportive environment.
• WHS&E Leadership
  : Lead the implementation of WHS&E procedures and processes at a portfolio/project level.
• Sustainability & Community Development
  : Implement Sustainability & Community Development Action Plans for the portfolio/projects.
• Resource Management
  : Lead and manage resources to achieve all aspects of project delivery, including financial performance, contract management, approvals, WHS&E, and marketing and sales processes.
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration
  : Foster a culture of collaboration to enhance project value by leveraging Stockland's mixed-use capabilities.
• Market Monitoring
  : Coordinate the monitoring of market and competitor activity, implementing product changes to maintain competitiveness.
• Risk Management
  : Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  : Lead senior-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, consultants, contractors, community groups, and industry associations.
• Industry Participation
  : Participate in key industry events to achieve business outcomes and strengthen industry presence.
• Approvals Process
  : Provide strategic insight into the approvals process to futureproof the delivery pipeline.
• Customer Resolution
  : Ensure professional and timely resolution of customer issues.

About you

A Driven leader to be successful in this role you will be passionate about leading and inspiring a team with the skills and experience to drive the best outcomes for stockland and the community.

You will have the following:

• Leadership
  : Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Track Record
  : Proven experience managing Residential built form projects, including a portfolio of projects.
• Commercial Acumen
  : Strong commercial acumen with a focus on improving financial outcomes.
• Stakeholder Relationships
  : Proven track record of achieving results through developing and enhancing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge
  : Deep understanding of the industry, with the ability to tailor product mixes to suit market trends and consumer sentiment.
• Qualifications
  : Appropriate tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
