Position Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education and training. Based in Perth, Australia, this permanent position requires a seasoned professional with 5 to 10 years of experience. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and Power Automate to develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards, automate data workflows, and provide essential technical support and training. About The Role

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the education and training sector.
  • Automate data workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate functionalities to staff and stakeholders.
  • Consult on system design and platform management to optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Engage in capacity planning for IT infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Adapt to changing environments and requirements, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

About the candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT infrastructure and data management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in system design consulting and platform management.
  • Strong skills in automating data workflows using Power Automate.
  • Ability to provide technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience in capacity planning for IT infrastructure.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges.
