About The Role

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the education and training sector.
  • Automate data workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate functionalities to staff and stakeholders.
  • Consult on system design and platform management to optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Engage in capacity planning for IT infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

About the candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT infrastructure and data management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in system design consulting and platform management.
  • Strong skills in automating data workflows using Power Automate.
  • Ability to provide technical support and training on Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Experience in capacity planning for IT infrastructure.
