The Role:

Join our team to be part of the SOILCO Group We are looking for a highly organised EA with Board Services experience to support our CEO and the General Counsel/Company Secretary. This critical role involves coordinating board meetings and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Board meetings and ensure timely, accurate documentation
  • Oversee event and meeting logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & Executive Leadership Team
  • Maintain information and facilitate smooth communication between leadership and the Board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in executive support or board administration
  • Advanced MS Office and board management software skills
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles.
