As a Technical Solutions Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our delivery team working under the guidance of the Head of Delivery and Chief Technology Officer. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about technology and thrive in a fast paced environment. You'll be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery process from understanding client needs right through to the hands-on implementation stage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their tech challenges and contribute to delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Technical Implementation: Hands-on tasks such as setting up hardware, configuring software, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless tech setups.
- Solution Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of tech solutions to ensure reliability and high performance, adhering to Jiffi's standards of excellence.
- Client Empowerment: Assist in providing training and support to clients, ensuring they can fully leverage the tech solutions implemented.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the delivery and engineering teams, contributing to project planning, execution, and successful delivery within set timelines.

**About You**
- You're inherently curious about technology, known among friends and family as the go-to person for tech support and advice.
- You have a foundational understanding of technology, possibly with experience in building your own computer, coding, or engaging in tech-related hobbies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner to clients and team members.
- Highly organised with an attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- A proactive learner, eager to expand your technical knowledge and skills in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
- Have an IT degree or similar
- One to two years experience in a similar role.

**The Role**:
This role is dynamic and will vary from hands-on tech installations at client sites to strategic tech integration in our office. It requires adaptability, a willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit. Occasional travel to client sites may be required, offering opportunities to engage directly with clients and understand their operations firsthand.
