Full Circle Support is an exciting and unique disability support service based in Kingscliff NSW that is designed to engage and inspire.

We provide support in Social Interactions and Community Engagement within Northern Rivers NSW and lower Gold Coast regions.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience in providing support to individuals within the community, assisted independent living and personal care.
  • Certification First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Police Check (National Police Certificate)  or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NSW Working with Children check  or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening check or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS worker orientation module or willingness to obtain.
  • A valid class C driver's licence, reliable vehicle and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility,
  • Understanding of person-centred approaches to support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations,
  • An awareness of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in the disability service sector.
  • Weekday availability between 8am - 4pm and some weekends essential.
