We are seeking **Residential Care Workers** to join our team at our vibrant Residential Villages in **Bangalow** and Wommin Bay.** Our hours on offer are flexible and we can support Casual, Part time, and Full time contracts across Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

**About the Role**:

- Providing personal care services to our residents
- Assisting with meals and general cleaning
- Participating in rewarding daily activities
- Accurate Reporting and Documenting
- Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home

**About You**:

- A Certificate III or IV (or working towards) in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability
- A current First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
- COVID 19 Vaccinations (including Booster) certification
- Annual Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in Medication Endorsement (desirable)
