Your new role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the implementation of a new business system (Microsoft Business Central), embedding updated processes across multiple teams. You will be responsible for driving adoption, supporting change management, and ensuring system integrity through strong process documentation and user support.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Commerce, Business, or similar
  • Experience implementing systems in a Microsoft environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and escalate issues appropriately
  • Willingness to obtain necessary compliance clearances (WWVP card, Police Certificate)
