Primary Function:

As the admin support officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RTO. You will work with our team across multiple sites to ensure the administration tasks are completed in a timely manner.   Your contributions will directly impact the success of our programs and the satisfaction of our students.

Responsibilities:

working under the direction of the business manager you will assist multiples site to complete administrations tasks as required.

  • Address course inquiries from students through phone and in-person communication.

  • Coordinate student bookings for upcoming courses and provide necessary support to administration team

Assist with promoting training programs

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure completion of necessary documentation.

  • Follow up with students regarding enrolment and course completion.

  • Provide regular reports on training progress to management.

  • Participate in occupational health and safety measures to ensure a safe learning environment.

  • Uphold company values and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

  • Support general administrative tasks and office management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service/ administration roles preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including excel, word and outlook

  • High level of digitial literacy and the ability to quickly learn new internal administrative software is required to be successful in this role.

Working hours:

Based at our Keswick location , this role is a 38 hour per week, and you will be required to work afternoon shifts and some weekends as required.

Interviews will be conducted via teams in early January with a view to start in Mid January 2026.
