The charming Bupa Dural is a modern care home set in a semi-rural suburb within Sydney's Hills District. You'll be close to the local community with neighbouring parks, recreation centre, shopping mall and school. It consists of 102 beds, with a variety of care units. About the Role:

Use your fantastic cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

Duties

  • Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
  • Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering

Skills and Experience

  • Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
  • Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
