My client is a dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce company in the health and beauty space, with multiple brands under their belt and big plans for the future. Based in South Melbourne, they combine creativity, data, and customer focus to drive exceptional growth, and are looking for a Klaviyo expert to elevate their email and CRM strategy.

Ideally, you are a Klaviyo Specialist responsible for all email marketing and CRM efforts across their e-commerce brands. This role is pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth by creating and executing high-performing, data-driven email campaigns. You'll focus on turning data into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end email marketing strategy using Klaviyo across all brands
  • Create, test, and optimise automated flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase)
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to refine strategies and maximise ROI
  • Increase repeat purchase rates and improve overall customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign quality
  • Stay ahead of email marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What They're Looking For:

  • Proven experience using Klaviyo in an e-commerce setting (4+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM, customer segmentation, and email lifecycle strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Experience building automated flows and A/B testing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to tone and voice
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Bonus:
    Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and SMS marketing
