At Shriro Australia, we are proud to represent leading global brands across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and support the Casio Timepiece brand in North West Victoria.

About the Role

This role has been expanded to full-time to better support our Casio Timepiece brand and provide greater opportunities for impact and career growth.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

  • Work with Iconic Brands: Bring Casio and its world-renowned timepieces to life in-store.
  • Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Implement Seasonal Campaigns & Displays: Execute seasonal campaigns and new product displays.
  • Maintain & Optimise Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandising standards are consistent across assigned stores.
  • Train Store Staff: Provide training on product features (training provided).
  • Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with regional and store managers to support brand standards.
  • Travel Opportunities: Attend occasional regional trips to key stores as required.
  • Professional Development: Receive full product and merchandising training.
  • Autonomy & Engagement: Hands-on role with store teams and KPI ownership.
  • Career Growth Potential: Gain exposure to multiple brands and merchandising across a wide retail network.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for presentation.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is required).
  • Flexible for occasional weekend or after-hours events
