About the role

We're looking for a go-getter to work alongside our founder. We're seeking a brand builder who lives for the details, the energy, and the magic of bringing a cult-worthy idea to life.

Daughter is a brand new drinks label from Chuck & Son's Brewing Co., and we're on the hunt for someone who can help us create not just a product, but a movement.

You'll be the glue across marketing, partnerships, events, digital, and design, making sure the brand feels flawless and inspiring at every step. If you're ambitious, detail-obsessed, and ready to roll up your sleeves to build something from the ground up, we want you at the table.

What you'll do

Brand & partnerships

  • Manage influencer and brand partnerships end-to-end: research, outreach, gifting, relationship management, reporting.
  • Collaborate with PR/media contacts and help drive buzz through seeding, launches, and features.
  • Ensure all brand collateral (from POS to wholesale sell-ins) is polished, aligned, and impactful.

Events

  • Own events from concept to execution: liaising with suppliers, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and running on the day.
  • Create unforgettable brand experiences that feel thoughtful, elevated, and on-brand.

Social & content

  • Develop the monthly content calendar for Instagram & TikTok, aligned to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post content yourself — balancing high-end aesthetics with what's trending right now.
  • Create on-brand assets in Canva (or similar), with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
  • Engage with our community authentically and creatively.
  • Confidently capture photography and video (primarily iPhone-level with editing apps like CapCut or InShot), while being open to experimenting with more professional tools when needed.

Digital & creative

  • Manage and maintain our Shopify website, ensuring the online experience matches the IRL one (seamless, beautiful, and premium).
  • Own unboxing and customer experience details — from shipping boxes to thank-you cards — making sure every moment feels considered.
  • Produce and/or coordinate design assets (wholesale tools, ads, decks) that reflect our cult, editorial aesthetic (think Glossier, Rhode).

Growth & performance

  • Manage paid ads (Meta & Google) — or work with specialists to deliver best-in-class performance.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness across influencer, digital, and events.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to elevate and grow the brand.

  • Startup-savvy: resourceful, scrappy, and energised by the challenge of building something new.
