BESTEC is one of the largest Building Engineering Services Consulting Groups in South Australia with an office in Victoria operating throughout Australia and overseas.  BESTEC has an excellent reputation for its professional services.

We are looking for an Office Junior / Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career who wants to build skills in a professional office environment.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:-

  • Answering incoming phone calls and greeting clients
  • Typing & formatting variety of documents such as specifications, minutes, letters, reports etc
  • Management of our Project Management files including filing, scanning, opening/closing
  • Providing support and assistance to the admin team with general office tasks
  • Aiding and supporting the Directors and Senior Staff
  • Ordering supplies for office facilities such as stationery, office amenities, coffee and snacks, etc.
  • General office duties such as kitchen and boardroom maintenance

  • Able to prioritise workload, work well under pressure & work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Organised, reliable and a good team player
  • Experience using the Microsoft suite of programs
