Role Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients
  • Maintain relationships with internal Stakeholders
  • Effectively supervise employee relations and management of your team
  • Employee training, mentoring and coaching
  • Review work execution performance with team members and take action to improve gaps in performance
  • Monitor and report onsite performance
  • Work cohesively with the Accounts and HR department to coordinate timesheet approvals and effective payroll processing
  • Oversee and assist with SWM's process and JHA reporting
  • Ensure safe execution of work as per the schedule
  • Participate in internal and client meetings as required
  • Work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Supervisory role

  • Multi-storey project experience

  • Trade background in Formwork Carpentry, experienced with Peri Formwork and Skydeck

  • Experience reading and interpreting plans

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Extensive knowledge and commitment to HSEQ responsibilities
