The Posture Doctor Busselton is a family-oriented, wellness-based chiropractic practice led by an enthusiastic leader with big ideas and even bigger energy We're on the hunt for our next Chiropractic Assistant – someone with a bright personality, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives.

This is not your average front desk role. You'll be the face and voice of our clinic, making every patient feel welcome, supported, and empowered. You'll also be involved in the clinical side of care, assisting our practitioners with exams, patient interaction, and general admin support. What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and supporting patients from the moment they walk in the door – creating a calm, connected experience

  • Managing front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries with confidence and professionalism

  • Providing clinical support to our chiropractors during patient appointments

  • Assisting with documentation, exam preparation, and patient care

  • Supporting the team in delivering workshops, community events, and wellness education

  • Helping keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently – you're the glue that holds it all together

The Details

  • Permanent part-time role (approx. 30 hours per week)

  • Shifts are structured as half-day blocks (7:30am – 12.30pm and/or 2.00pm - 7:00pm)

  • You'll have a consistent base roster, with flexibility required for:

    • Team training and development

    • Patient workshops and community events

    • Covering teammates during leave

  • Fully paid training provided in our industry-recognised systems

  • Chiropractic care included
