BUILDON CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Katanning, WA. As a contract position, this role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of all construction activities on site. You will play a vital role in leading our team and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

This is a short-term Contract to December 19, with view and first option of continuation to 6 months

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to effectively manage project timelines and budgets
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, and provide regular progress reports to the project management team
  • Mentor and develop the site team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  • Ideally experienced with working autonomously as Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, project management, and quality control processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and digital tools

What we offer

Initially 3 Month Contract, with view of completing the Project (Aug 2026) if the requirement continues

  2. Separate LAFA daily (paid weekly)
