The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded advice division specialising in supporting women navigating divorce and separation. You'll step into a practice with a strong reputation, existing client referrals, and a supportive team culture, with the clear pathway to take on national leadership as the current Director transitions to retirement in the medium term.

About the Role

  • Provide strategic and investment advice to clients referred through established professional networks.
  • Step into existing client relationships with ongoing support from the leadership team.
  • Work alongside a collaborative, values-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional client care.
  • Progress into a succession role, with the opportunity to lead the division nationally.

About You

  • Degree qualified and/or post-graduate qualifications in financial planning.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering strategic and investment advice to private clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients with empathy and confidence.
  • A collaborative style with the ability to foster referral relationships and build trust.
  • Motivated by both client impact and the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility.
